Go back Our Thunder Frosted Extra Stark, Strong Portion ReviewLaunched in 2009 and made by V2 Tobacco in Silkeborg, Denmark, Thunder Extra Stark Frosted is classified as an Extra Strong, regular type portion snus. Extra Strong type means that there is over 14 mg of Nicotine in each portion and regular type means that each one goes thru an added step at the end of the manufacturing process that adds a bit more moisture to them. This extra moisture helps the flavors in the snus to marry together and release it faster when it’s in your lip. The material that V2 uses in Thunder Extra Stark Frosted is the same soft material they use in all their portion snus and is comfortable in the lip for as long as the flavor lasts which is for over 2 hours. Each can contains 24, one gram portions with each one having a staggering 16 mg of Nicotine! Thunder Extra Stark Frosted portion’s can is made of black plastic and V2 did add a used portion compartment in the lid of Thunder Frosted but, enough about the can; you’re here for the flavor! As with most of V2’s snus flavors, they tend to be boldly flavored and geared towards being very unique. Thunder Extra Stark Frosted is the embodiment of both. Thunder Frosted’s flavor is a cross between peppermint and wintergreen with peppermint’s cool, icy taste and wintergreen’s minty sweetness. The thing we liken the flavor to is an Arctic Mint gum. There is the burn in the lip that’s common with mint flavored snus as well as a slight burn in the back of the throat from the higher amount of Nicotine. I am a new user of snus after having smoked for 10 years. I love thunder frosted it is fabulous. I don't have to go outside for a smoke and I can get my healthy tobacco hit whenever and wherever I like. Thank-you Snus.

Its good stuff, but way too strong for a smoker converting to snus. My Dad tried it after dipping for a long time and he loves it, though.

A little to strong for me. I figured I needed something with a little kick because I dipped Cope. This was a little to strong for a beginner snuser. I have now ordered about 10 cans of other types to try them first.

I'm relatively new to Snus and have been trying different brands & flavors. While the American Snus has the best flavor in my opinion, it's also the lowest in quality & nicotine.
Recently tried this brand (Thunder Frosted)and it is by far my favorite Swedish Snus. I highly recommend trying this one. Although this site is very quick in shipping orders, I recommend buying 2 cans instead of one if you're going to try it out. You'll like it & wish you had of ordered more.
